Week 1
Detox 1-2 times a week
You will think to yourself, “Hey! It’s working, no odor at all.”
Week 2
Continue to detox 1-2 times a week (you will know how often. If you have any odor at all, detox that night)
Your body is still working to purge all the toxins that were trapped by using traditional big-brand deodorants. If you are experiencing any odor, don’t worry. This will pass soon.
Week 3
Continue to detox once a week (You will notice you need it less and less now)
You may start to think, “I don’t smell but I am really sweating a lot more”
This is normal too. Your body is still trying to regulate itself and is still purging toxins and bacteria even though you don't smell.
Week 4
You will notice by now that you are not sweating & never stink. You only need to detox for 6-8 weeks or whenever you get sick.
