Shipping

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

Reclaiming Dawn accepts returns of unused items within 15 days of purchase for a refund or store credit, provided they’re in their original packaging. Customers must email customerservice@reclaiming-dawn.com with order details to receive a return authorization number before shipping items back at their own expense, as shipping fees are non-refundable. For used items, the brand encourages customers to reach out so they can make it right. Cancellations are not accepted, and payments are accepted via major credit cards, PayPal, and AfterPay.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I add to my order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to remove or add products to orders that have already been placed since orders go directly to processing once submitted.

What qualifies a purchase for free shipping?

Your domestic order total must be $99 dollars after any discounts applied and before taxes to qualify for free shipping. The purchase of gift cards and digital content will not count towards free shipping. Free shipping also does not apply to international orders.

Can I cancel my order?

We do allow cancellations if your order has not shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at customerservice@reclaiming-dawn.com for assistance.

How do I use my Gift Card?

Our gift cards can be applied at check out by typing in your gift card number where it says “Discount code or gift card.” Only one gift card can be used per purchase, and gift cards cannot be used with other discount codes. Using a gift card as payment does not affect your order qualifying for free shipping. Use of gift cards during certain promotions may be exempt.

Processing and Shipping

If you pay for ground or priority shipping, please know the expedited shipping only applies to the package once shipped, as processing times aren't taken into consideration.

We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days but sales and other factors can have an impact.

All shipping prices come directly from USPS/UPS/FedEx and we don't have control over the various options offered.
