These policies govern all sales, promotions, discounts, giveaways, and the use of rewards and vouchers offered by Reclaiming Dawn.

Product Eligibility: Discounts apply exclusively to individual products only; bundles are generally excluded. Exceptions are made only during specific, stated site-wide sales or dedicated bundle promotions.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are excluded from all site-wide sales and discounts.
Automatic Discounts: Eligible sale prices or discounts will automatically reflect in your shopping cart and upon checkout.
No Post-Order Adjustments: Once an order is placed, we cannot adjust or change it, including applying a discount retroactively or modifying the order contents.
Time Sensitivity: We are only able to honor any sale or promotion during the specified dates and times. No exceptions can be made once the promotion period has ended.

Rewards Use during Sales: Reward vouchers are eligible to use during site-wide sales, but you may use one reward voucher per order.
Stacking Exclusion: Sale discounts and reward vouchers cannot be combined or stacked with any other discount codes, loyalty program offers, or additional rewards vouchers unless specifically stated otherwise.
Override Clause: Use of any other discount codes or additional rewards vouchers will typically override the current sale discount unless the promotion explicitly states the two can be combined.

Qualification: The subtotal of your order must meet the specified price (before taxes and after any discounts or rewards have been applied) to qualify for a free-product promotion.
Substitutions: We are unable to make substitutions for any free product promotions. The product offered is final.

Eligibility: To qualify for free shipping, orders must be domestic (within the contiguous 48 US states) and must equal or exceed $150 USD.
Calculation: The $150 minimum must be met after any discounts or rewards have been applied and before taxes are calculated.
Exclusions: The purchase of gift cards and digital content will not count toward the free shipping subtotal. International orders do not qualify for the free shipping promotion.

No Purchase Necessary: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER TO WIN any giveaway.
Eligibility: Giveaways are open to residents of the contiguous 48 US states only. Entrants must be eighteen (18) or older to enter.
Entry Period: See the official post for the specific date and time when the Giveaway officially closes.
Winner Notification: One winner will be chosen at random via a selection process on Instagram or Facebook.
Conditions: Prizes are non-transferable. No cash redemption or substitution will be allowed. The sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
