Refund policy

For Unused Items

Reclaiming Dawn values you as a customer, and your satisfaction is our top priority.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of our all-natural products for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of unused item(s), in their original box and/or packaging within 15 days of the sale date, for a refund or store credit.

Please email us at customerservice@reclaiming-dawn.com with your order number, name, email address, the items being returned along with the reason. Once we are able to review your request, you will be given a return authorization number (RA).  Please write this number on the outside of the box being returned, and on the packing slip/invoice returned with the merchandise. 

*Please note all shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is at the customer's expense*

Please ship the return/exchange via insured carrier (FedEx, UPS) to keep track of shipment, and keep your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost in transit. We cannot issue a refund or store credit until the merchandise is received by Reclaiming Dawn.

 

For Used Items

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we want to make it right. Please email us at customerservice@reclaiming-dawn.com with your order number, name, email address, the item(s) being returned along with the reason. Once we are able to review your request, we will reach out to you to help make it right.

We happily accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  We also accept payment via PayPal and AfterPay.
